To my southern neighbors, I raise you a glass of bourbon in salute and pray this goes through! KY just became a constitutional carry state in 2019 and open carry without a permit is legal as well. (You might have noticed the BLM protests don't go too terribly far outside of the lib strongholds of Louisville and Lexington)
We're also coming up on the 1 yr since the Breonna Taylor case (the raid on her apt was Mar 13 but for some reason ppl didn't get their panties in a twist and start protesting till much later. Go figure) Fully expect my hometown to get more fucked up from protests/riots cause our Dem dipshit state gov (who just said we're not losing our mask mandate any time soon) and our dipshit Dem city mayor (who gave the Breonna Taylor family 12 MILLION dollars in a settlement) won't stand up to the BLM types.
Wait, seriously? that many? Unfortunately, our dipshit Dem gov Andy just announced today that KY is keeping the mask mandate Source Meanwhile, he keeps the state shut down (we managed to get up to 60% capacity in bars/restaurants! woohoo -fingertwirl-) and we still have ppl struggling to get unemployment checks Source Thankfully my husband and I are essential workers but so many in my state are hurting cause of the idiots in our government (don't get me started on Mitch)
Noticing a lot of downvotes. Did we touch a nerve with some ppl over there? I left that site even before the domain changeover, it was going downhill fast. Shame, too. We should be working together, not against each other.
I was looking at her eyelids thinking 'man her eyeshadow is garbage' then I noticed the area around her left temple. wtaf IS that? and my God, woman, grab you a box of hair dye if you have to. edit: Ha I got downvoted and ppl said worse lol OK. Wow she's my dad's age. Bitch needs to just go away. I don't mean die. Just. Go away. Now. Please.
WOW. My dumbass hometown city mayor gave Breonna Taylor's family 12 mil. Tomorrow is the 1 yr anniversary of Breonna being used as a human shield by her loser BF. They've shut down streets around the main focal point of the protests until Sun afternoon, I fully expect things to be bad all weekend.
edit: Super fucked up thing about all of this? Breonna died Mar 13 but protests here didn't start until late may/early June. Wonder why that was, hm?
