King David went through many trials and tribulations before he was victorious, it took many years for him to come out on top. The King Saul, came after him many times but David refused to defend himself and never fought back even though he was appointed by God to be the rightful King....instead... he waited on God and took his worries and concerns to God in prayer and song. The Psalms are almost entirely written by David and really show the depth of a man's heart who seeks comfort in the Lord.

YES. People need to look at the chain of command. Those soldiers are under FEMA's direction, NOT the generals. From the Generals perspective, they are not supposed to get involved in political matters. The Generals cannot act on their own, they act on FEMA's command.
