I was looking for a link to what baidone is doing but all of them point to laws about not handing over ballots to private groups for like two years which is how this audit is going so what is the thing?
It is basically saying that because the cyber ninjas are technically a contractor, and the DOJ is saying the government doesn't have the proper "oversight" of these contractors when they have these ballots, that the whole audit could be declared illegal or illegitimate.
