Contradictions and inconsistencies have been part and parcel of the COVID measures since day one. The sleepers not only didn't notice, they went along with them no matter how ridiculous they were. They still are, including getting an injection that won't prevent them from getting the virus and may very well kill them over the course of the next few years. I have no idea what it will take to shake them out of their slumber, but we haven't seen it yet.
How are they not aware that fauxi himself has said that the jab will not prevent anything, you still need a mask, etc, but they are ecstatic to be lab rats for experimental mRNA gene modification?

The county supervisors said no masks / no lockdowns / no closures / no distancing. ...and then Newsom had infected people flown in from Mexico. He shoveled them into Riverside County hospitals, and then he raised that county to a higher invented "tier" to justify a punitive lockdown. Complete bullshit. We won't even go into the 15,000 nursing homes patients he murdered.
Add that this simple fact... if you cut ALL travel too and from a region, have a lock-down for two weeks, and keep the travel stopped you could open everything back up no social distancing etc. BUT instead they keep the travel moving as much as possible and keep you locked down in your home as much as possible. Does that make much sense to anyone?
NOTE I'm not advocating for those tactics or saying they pass constitutional muster. I'm saying if you're going to rip up the constitution why not do so in a way that actually helped people? What they are doing just hurts everyone with no real upside.
My take: The ones doing this don't want there to be an upside, except as however it suits their purpose. Airlines are seemingly getting more and more draconian about masks on flights before it was ok to keep them down when eating/drinking but now they are demanding that they only come down as you are putting food or drink in your mouth and then cover up immediately while you chew.
Even beyond concerts or events. Airports force social distancing in the lobbies and terminals but closing off sections or seats only for people then to be in a confined sealed area all right next to each other for 2-6 hours depending on your domestic flight.
