Yep this is why pill cutters exist in the first place.

Yep I didn't know shit until a few years ago, all that I knew is that the way the twin towers imploded looked like a controlled demolition but everyone denied it.

And there are those who are so doompilled that even when there is a win they're automatically looking for a downside.

2
ZerroDefex 2 points ago +2 / -0

And why can't the white hats use that narrative against them? There's even a couple show over on Badlands that discuss this weekly: "Story Hour" and "The Narrative" (formerly "Defected"). A narrative can be used to deprogram the normies as well since it was narratives that brainwashed them.

And if that was their plan why are they putting so much energy into stopping swings to the right in other places? Like Romania where they disregarded the election results when a right-winger won and in Germany where they're trying to outright ban the right-wing party? If this was legit they'd have installed someone like Farage as PM in the UK by now.

Because we've already disproven it so many times before. Like dealing with retards on the left who never listen to questions or arguments there comes a point where you stop wasting energy on being polite, especially when it feels like a shill trying to get you to waste energy on them. This concern troll was just a step above a flat earth post.

If only that default mode wasn't such hideous and mods would just add the downvote button to the GAW styling.

It seems to me it's a way to get people wondering who McKinley was and start looking into him. Also I think stuff like "Gulf of America" is trolling for the MSM to get them wasting time on that instead of whatever narratives they were trying to get going.

Yep we'd have another Bush-type Neocon instead. Look at how the "Trump is a Nazi" thing didn't start until he won the nomination, it's pretty obvious in retrospect that the playbook for 2016 was supposed to be Killary vs Jeb.

Yes these sort of memes come from the doomers who are always moving their doom goalposts.

5
ZerroDefex 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yep I was completed doompilled and checked out by middle of Obomber's second term. I didn't even take Trump seriously until halfway through his first term.

7
ZerroDefex 7 points ago +7 / -0

It would have a lot simpler for them to not steal 2020 and just obstruct his second term.

Not to mention that amateur radio hobbyists were able to pick up the signals from Apollo coming back to Earth. Did NASA fake those as well if it was filmed in a studio?

People claiming this somehow forget how in the bag the Cabal already had it in 2014 before Trump ran. Why would they jeopardize their 16 year plan and create a massive thorn in their side? How does withdrawing from the WHO, destroying DEI and ESG, deporting invaders HELP them at all? These idiots probably also think that the Butler assassination attempt was somehow all faked in front of a live audience.

Us withdrawing from the WHO also cuts off a huge amount of their funding so they are kneecapped.

No point in wasting money on the extra cost of liposomal, vitamin C is already a very easily absorbed vitamin. I just buy bulk powder and put a tiny scoop (1/32 tsp) in one of my water bottles.

50mg is still too high, 25mg would be plenty as you can't ignore what you're getting from food. Get a pill cutter if you can only find 50mg pills.

ZerroDefex 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah supplements are for making up a shortfall or smooth out variations in intake from food, not to compensate for a shitty diet entirely.

ZerroDefex 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's still too much copper, you're off by a decimal point. Sounds like a recipe for copper toxicity.

It's also safer to have the body make it's own glutathione as needed by supplying the ingredients, it is possible to have too much antioxidants and cause other issues. Plus only liposomal glutathione can get in without being destroyed in digestion and that's more expensive than NAC.

ZerroDefex 3 points ago +3 / -0

Probably too much, especially if on an empty stomach. Any time I try to take it without food it's a stomach ache for sure.

Copper. More than 25mg/day of zinc and your body for some reason just stops absorbing copper. Copper deficiency is very underdiagnosed as well (especially as our food is poor in copper from soil depletion), one of the first symptoms is premature greying of the hair which makes me wonder how long I had it since my beard started going grey in my 30s. I take a weekly trace minerals supplement with copper and chromium and my energy levels improved.

ZerroDefex 6 points ago +6 / -0

That is excessive zinc, assuming you manage to absorb 50% of that in your GI tract (the absorption differs per type of zinc compound with zinc oxide being the worst) more than 25mg/day and your body won't absorb copper properly which leads to a copper deficiency. Also too much zinc and you can burn through your magnesium faster than normal meaning you need to supplement more magnesium. I ended up dialing back my daily zinc as I got tired of constantly trying to rebalance these issues.

Also don't take zinc and calcium at the same time, the body always prioritizes calcium over iron and zinc which is why multivitamins are so inefficient. Spread them out at least an hour or so.

FYI I don't even bother with quercitin anymore since I take NAC anyway, they're both zinc ionophores but NAC also is also used by the body to make glutathione as needed.
