? it’s a 1930/1940s Miners Shack from the Boron mine in Ca, my Great Uncle use to live in it when he worked at the mine. My dad hauled it here from Boron and made it the lil pool house. It is all original, and a great piece of history.

Swarms like that are normal, they happen every now and then all over. Here is the earthquake map for CA/NV https://scedc.caltech.edu/recent/index.html it will tell you if it was quarry explosion or not. Most Big quakes come out of the blue, like the 4th of July 2019 in Ridgecrest. Just keep in mind that the tectonic plate is always moving and new faults are always being discovered. I’ve been waiting for the Big One and still waiting!

I thought that you might like to know that those 3 helicopters are at it again tonight in LA. Looks like they made an outline of a mouse. Then this time 2 of them landed on top of LA City Hall East Building for a couple of mins at a time. 1st one landed about 6 different times, the 2nd came in and landed about 4 different times.
That’s so cool and funny about your dad. Tehachapi is beautiful! I knew a few ppl that had worked at Edwards, but lost touch with them over the years. I use to work in California City for a few years. When my Great Uncle retired, he lived in Boron and use to watch the shuttle land on the far easternmost runway at Edwards from his house. I was never able to get off work to go watch with him. China Lake is in a world of its own, they all weird up there. I had an old friend that worked there, he filtered the emails or sorted them to the person that they were suppose to go to. Thats all he had really told me and that was back in the mid 90s. He wouldn’t talk much about what went on up there. But he did give me a small tour on the base, which was cool. I always watch the sky’s out here, never know what you might see being by Edwards, China Lake, Ft Irwin and 29 Palms. the military flys more off radar, than on radar out here.
