As a mod of Conspiracies, I would like to point out that there are specific communities on this website (Scored/Communities) for flat earth discussion. I don't encourage flatties to flock to conspiracies, they should go to flat earth or flat earth research.

FE discussion is permitted on Conspiracies, but only because the users want freedom of speech. It's definitely ridiculed by the majority when it comes up. We are not "flat-earth friendly" by any stretch of the imagination. Personally, I also wanted to ban it because it's toxic for conspiracy forums, but I surveyed the users about it first, and complete freedom of speech was more important to them. Thankfully stupid topics tend to get filtered by the voting system and the vigilance of the user base, so such mod-enforced censorship is not necessary.
