This could be interesting...my “super woke” employer just did away with the mask policy for those fully vaccinated, and it’s by the honor system, because “it would be a violation of privacy to force you to produce proof” by MegaMAGAMichiPede

My employer said if we show we are fully vaccinated, we can remove the masks. Even if someone is vaccinated an does not get it it verified, they still must wear the face diaper. Fully vaccinated are also given a shiny sticker to wear and must be visible at all times.
