And the vax cannot be forced because it is only currently permissible under an “emergency use” authorization which means the vax is still in the experimental stages while assessing all safety concerns. They will make up another reason to fire you or lay you off. They will not say it is because you didn’t provide vaccination proof. Your safest bet is to just get a fake card; they aren’t going to scrutinize it.
Not a lawyer but I’d say you would have a strong case - if - they fire you make sure you have whoever is doing the firing put it in writing the reason why AND if they have an HR department get the head of HR to sign and verify the written reason.
Find a local workers compensation lawyer in your area and ask what they think first.

I work for a grocery chain in Florida, they have singled out all the people who have not gotten the vaxx to wear masks. I asked my boss ‘So when do I get my yellow star?’ I can tell you the first time someone s gives me shit over not being vaxxed it’s not going to go well.
Most people will choose the easy way out, all one has to do is present them with an easy out and they will take it as most people find it easier to not think and not deal....

My employer said if we show we are fully vaccinated, we can remove the masks. Even if someone is vaccinated an does not get it it verified, they still must wear the face diaper. Fully vaccinated are also given a shiny sticker to wear and must be visible at all times.
I got a sample copy of The Epoch Times in the mail yesterday (which reminded me I forgot to order a subscription...I miss holding a newspaper in my hands and working the puzzle page) and one of the front-page stories was about restaurants trying to hire but benefits are keeping people at home. I bet most of them are less scared of covid than they are scared of an honest day of work.
LOL My 3 younger sisters have all been forced to work from home since last April. They are all "awake", but they are not looking forward to returning to their office buildings this month and next. They like not having to "dress up" for work and have saved money on gas. One throws in a load of laundry when things are not busy. TBH they are all a few years away from retirement, so they are loving staying home. None of us are planning on taking the jab so they aren't really afraid of being around people.

My youngest works from home that way for a hospital. She does IT. Gets to hang with her baby, the care of stuff andntroublenshoot remotely v
