I know! Went down this rabbit hole for personal reasons but it started with me finding out that my son's migraines were caused by a significant Magnesium deficiency. He's actually doing the mega dose vitamin B with an orthomolecular guy, at my request. It does help and he was inordinately low on B complex which his apparently common for people predisposed to alcoholism and who have certain other disorders like bipolar or schizophrenia.
