Yes, that is true. GB created Israel and has been running the puppet show along with the US for the past 300+ years.

"The Good Shepherd" is a really good movie about the OSS -> creation of the CIA during and after WW2. Main character goes to Yale skull and bones, and we see GB manipulating both the US and Soviets during the war.
