Eating fat does not make you fat. Eating carbs makes you fat. How best to cut out carbs? Not a direct Q topic, but this site is called Great Awakening, so shouldn't clearing out brain fog and ramping up mental clarity and energy be part of the basic foundation of any Awakening? by Gandiva

I have been Keto since last September and have lost 20 lbs. Never felt better and I am 74 years old.
