If you click on the Banned symbol it should open the player in a larger window. Then there should be a stopwatch symbol where you can adjust player speed. FWIW, I had issues on Chrome and switched to Brave to even get the video to be accessible in the first place.
OP was referring to the posted picture and Q post which included the phrase, 'the best is yet to come'. I inferred from that and what I believed to be your question of when/where that phrase was mentioned for my response. Sorry if there was any confusion on my end which would have led you to believe it was for any other indicator or post.
