Just sayin.

Let’s say you were kicked out of a store for doing something they found disruptive and told you were no longer allowed to shop there. If you were to go back you could rightfully be charged with criminal trespassing.

Or if you were to take a shortcut through someone’s apple orchard on your way to work every day and the owner told you to stop doing that and you did it again, same thing.

That’s trespassing. Tres-PASSING (I think the word literally means “passing over” or “passing through.”) You have every right to keep people from coming onto your property for ANY reason and if they refuse to comply you can get the law involved.

But it seems like an entirely different thing if someone intended to come into your store and LIVE there, or to straight up pitch a tent on your apple orchard and LIVE there.

There’s the word “squatting” but that generally applies only to unused habitable property spurred by an emergency of some kind (i.e. if your family is about to freeze to death and you have nowhere else to go and you spot a half filled apartment building and you camp inside until the weather improves, etc.) so squatting isn’t really strong enough of a term either.

And since squatting is more a term used to describe an act born of desperation then “trespassing with intent to squat” doesn’t really capture the essence of this crime either.

Breaking and entering is a crime but when you think of someone breaking and entering you generally assume it’s for a temporary reason as well—usually for stealing or squatting.

So when you enter another country without that country’s permission for the intent of actually living there, the word “immigration” as part of the term really tugs at the wrong strings somehow. “Illegal immigration” just doesn’t carry enough rhetorical weight to it somehow.

We need a term that really hits at the heart of this crime that can’t easily be argued with that has some heft but doesn’t rise to the level of hyperbole in the mind of the average citizen. It needs to be accurate, pejorative in nature to reflect the criminal element of it, but without sounding unreasonably alarmist.

As I brainstorm myself I’d welcome any ideas you might have.

For example: let’s say we charged them with “invasion.” When you think of an invasion what comes to mind? An individual or family or small group? No. So just charging them with “invasion” might rise to the level of hyperbole and miss the mark for the average person (even though thats what it is). But there’s got to be something. I think maybe it should include a word that specifies the crossing of a legally recognized national border.

That is all.

Put it all his bottles over the weekend and on his sores topically just once. It’s Monday morning and it’s like he never had it. Usually takes 10 days and it’s a nightmare.

Thanks, horse paste! ;)

Can’t remember his name or website can someone help me out?

Looked into it. This isn’t what I thought it was. They aren’t looking to ban sudafed where the active ingredient is pseudoephedrine, which is the stuff that actually works that you have to scan your drivers license at the pharmacy counter to buy, it’s the over the counter kind where the active ingredient is phenylephrine which, the FDA unfortunately is right, literally doesn’t work for shit. My wife and I learned this a long time ago. If you can buy it without a drivers license honestly I couldn’t care less if they ban it because I honestly don’t know what it even does. But the good stuff that you need a drivers license to buy apparently isn’t going anywhere so we can probably put our pitchforks down on this particular issue at least.

Thanks!

I’ve heard them say it in commercials for several different drugs now. Wonder why they’d be concerned?

There seems to be some confusion on this board on this topic. I think the fact that these words have “ism” at the end that might be the source of this confusion.

Let’s be clear: Communism and Socialism are economic schemes. Socialism is the overtaxing parasite that weakens an economy and creates enough unemployment to fool people into thinking that free markets do not work (they do) and that the only way to stop the suffering is to give complete control of the marketplace to the government and let them control both production and distribution of everything we need (Communism).

That, of course, is a completely ridiculous and unsustainable economic scheme that only has a chance of working if you eliminate human nature and free will and everyone works to the very best of their capabilities merely to warrant the exact same reward as everyone around them, no matter how meager their individual efforts.

The practice of forcing people to go along with this scheme is known as fascism. Another way to say fascism is “force-ism” or, frankly, totalitarianism, dictatorship, etc. It’s essentially slavery. The closest thing we have to fascism in the united states is our prison system, where many rights are vastly curtailed, but honestly, American prisoners have more rights than people living in fascist regimes.

Here’s where the confusion comes in: Hitler was a fascist. He was because he was a dictator. But he was not a communist. He let business and trade go on as usual within germany but he was always watching and if he ever saw something he didn’t like or suspected anything or saw something he wanted for himself he would merely take it, kill or imprison whoever, etc. and nobody had any rights or legal recourse to oppose him.

Lenin, Stalin, and Mao were also fascist dictators, but they preached and tried to implement communism as their economic models. Of course they had to murder anyone who didn’t want to play ball and that’s exactly what they did.

But take note: communism needs fascism simply to be implemented because there will always be people who don’t want to play ball, so communist regimes are always fascist, but like Hitler, not all fascist regimes try to implement communism.

Fascism = dictatorship/totalitarianism. No rights. Only privileges at the behest of the person/people in charge.

Communism = an economic scheme that ignores human nature and never works and always results in economic collapse

Socialism = A wannabe dictatorship government overtaxing its citizens to fool them into thinking free markets don’t work and that Communism is the only way to eliminate poverty, crime, and suffering. “The Royal Road to Communism”

Take the CCP (Chinese Communist Party). They have communism in their name but they abandoned communism years ago. They’re still fascist though. They still control everyone, but they’ve embraced a kind of crony capitalism in order to survive economically. Thus, communists are always fascists but fascists are not always communists and sometimes even former communists (like China).

Another thing: when you think of left vs. right imagine a scale with totalitarianism/dictatorship/centralized one world government on the far left and complete anarchy with zero enforceable contracts or laws or anything on the extreme far right. We on this board believe that we should be free to do as we please as long as we don’t infringe on the rights of others and we do see a need for a neutral third party (government) who works for us (not us for them) to resolve disputes and prosecute crimes but that’s about it. Leftists want a welfare state where daddy government tells us what we can and can’t do and gives us what we need no questions asked.

All communists and fascists are leftists. Period.

I just turned it on. Fascinated by the fact that Trump and his family agreed to do the documentary. Any reviews so far?

*Edit - Finished first episode. Currently about 15 minutes into the second. Thus far there are two stories being told: one is what Donald and his kids are actually saying and the other is what these MSM “experts” keep saying. The “experts” clearly want to paint his relationship with his children in a negative light (e.g., them implying he made his children compete for his attention and approval) but the children immediately making it clear that wasn’t the case at all. Like they want to paint him in a bad light, and are desperately trying to, but just don’t have very much to work with that would confirm that narrative.

Will keep updating as I watch.

Edit 2: Yeah. Episode 2 was nothing but a hack job repeating bullshit MSM talking points about no evidence of election fraud, etc. Bullshit.

Not even sure I’n saying it right. Been mentioned here many times before I just can’t remember.

My guess? Trump, et al knew that Biden had classified docs he shouldn't have had access to but there was no way simply alerting the press to that fact was going to create so much as a ripple in their timeline. So what does he do? He lays a trap. He knows the fake news can't help themselves. He knows they'll use anything and everything he gives them if they think it can help them. He knows he has every right to keep classified docs as President and to declassify them whenever and however he wants. But he knows a VP has no such authority.

So he lays the trap. Creates this whole scene in his house of all this classified/now unclassified material that reminds of the "orgy of evidence" in the movie "Minority Report" and the salivating fake news jumps all over it, inventing reasons for people to be upset about this. Gets them to REALLY dig into this story hard and then...

Boom. Oh look. Biden has that kind of stuff too. Only...he wasn't actually allowed to have that stuff the way Trump was.

The scrambling of the media to spin this story is hilarious. The dug their own grave on this one. Trump got them again. Brilliant.

They think Soros is a liberal and Murdoch is a conservative, so Soros is “THEIR” billionaire and Murdoch is “OURS.”

What they fail to understand is that both of them likely work for the same multi trillion dollar cabal who, despite their penchant for evangelizing both atheism and communism worldwide, are neither atheists nor communists themselves.

They absolutely believe in a god, just not the one you believe in.

And they know better than anyone that Communism isn’t a sustainable economic model.

In fact, in private, they mock both atheists and true believing communists relentlessly for their utter lack of intelligence and discernment, and for saving them the trouble of having to engage directly with the global alliance of Christian Democratic Republics (Western Civilization) in open warfare by getting them to destroy themselves.

Now. why would they want to do that? What do they believe they stand to gain?

Everything.

You see, it’s not Soros vs. Murdoch.

It’s not even Liberals vs Conservatives.

It’s Good vs. Evil.

It’s the followers of Christ vs. the followers of Satan.

It’s Freedom vs. Slavery.

It’s Christian Democratic Republics vs. Satanic Fascist Dictatorships masquerading as Secular Communist Utopias.

There is no such thing as a Secular Communist Utopia. That’s just what the Satanic wannabe Dictators peddle to the lonely, the poor, and the ignorant to get them to voluntarily ruin their own lives, sow division, and support the puppets they install who are paid to cripple the communities they claim to serve. Every country who has been bewitched by these people has imploded in short order, which is their goal.

And they do it all while pretending to be something else.

The greatest trick the Satanists ever played was convincing the world they didn’t exist. If American liberals knew what Marx really believed, what group he belonged to, and what their goals were…if the people of Russia, China, and North Korea had known what Marx worshipped and how he spent his nights…

But they didn’t…and they don’t.

But they will soon enough.

It's really simple. There are male liberals and there are female liberals.

The female liberals are divided into ugly and pretty (to look at).

There's no saving the ugly female liberals. They have everything to be mad about and that will never change.

But pretty female liberals care too much about what people think about them. They don't think very hard on their own and they only pipe up and add their voice to the chorus when they think their opinion is popular and the coast is clear. When these women start to see the shift on social media--when they take to Twitter and the most popular views are conservative ones, they'll flip faster than they can say in that annoying Instagram voice "Hey guyyyyyyyyys."

Now for the male liberals (if they can be called that).

They fit into THREE categories:

  1. Gay

  2. Black

  3. Weak

Gay guys are actually very much like women. They like to echo whatever seems to be popular. You'll be blown away how quickly gay guys online start echoing conservative sentiment in the next few months. It's bound to happen. And when they do that, pretty girls will flock to the right even faster, because they fucking love their pet gay bois.

Black guys have already surprised me how many of them have wandered into the fold. These guys are often hyper-masculine, and it only takes one hyper-masculine black conservative to show them a few videos here, and a few other black people agreeing with that guy before they realize they've been playing for the girl's team. Expect an influx from that group soon as well.

Weak guys. These are the single mother-raised, weak incels who never played sports and never learned to lift, and are so desperate for pussy that they echo the sentiments of liberal hot girls in the vain hopes that they might appreciate it and let them out of the friend zone one of these days. Well...not that we need or want them...but they're coming too. As liberal hot girls cross the aisle, so will they. All it takes is one hot girl telling them they sound like a bitch for their political opinions and they'll fall back in line.

Guys. Elon freeing Twitter was HUGE. The snowball has been pushed. Stop complaining. Things are accelerating. Peru, Brazil, etc. are already arresting the Deep State commies in their countries. We aren't going to be far behind.

"When does a bird sing?"

When it's free.

I’ve heard there are like 300,000 or something. Any way to track that? Would be fun honestly to have a live tracker on here that connects to that site and updates automatically.

Maybe these TRUMPet playing Mormon lawyer brothers from Utah are actually going to succeed. If they do, the military will have all the (official) legal justification they need to step in and enforce the SCOTUS ruling to avoid chaos, just like Q predicted.

That's something that's going to require a fair amount of mental preparation.

That...that might be just what's going to happen.

Holy shit. That's what's going to happen.

"A lot sooner than you think."

Some really great stuff.

-Re: Kanye. He clearly knows he’s not being consistent. He’s doing his best to justify it but he knew he wasn’t really making sense, started rambling and then redirected the conversation back to the release last night in the hopes of not derailing the conversation.

-He said it was HIS decision a few times, as if to divorce his own executive decision from his general Twitter policy. (This tells me he knows the kind of battle he’s facing. He knows he can’t come off as a Kanye supporter at the moment and it appears to be more of a strategic move.)

-He just said “Yeah honestly maybe I should increase my security…but I believe if you do right by the people you have the people on your side.”

-Regarding Nancy Pelosi claim that there’s just one person controlling the narrative, he said “No that’s clearly not true. The problem (for them) is that one person isn’t toeing the line.”

-“Freedom of speech is extremely important and is not easy to keep. It’s not the default and we have to fight to make it the default.”

-He’s now saying that even more important than free speech is who controls the money and the flow of transactions. Bashing Paypal.

-Making fun of those who want a digital currency. Says they don’t even know what they’re talking about.

-Now saying SBF was full of shit and when he talked to him his bullshit meter was going off.

-It was just suggested that he do a Twitter poll to the American people on how to deal with Assange and Snowden. He said that was a great idea and would probably do it.

-He said Twitter free speech will force MSM to start telling the truth or lose all their audience for lack of trust.

-Someone just pointed out that while Elon is a patriot and putting himself at great risk, that despite that, Twitter is crushing records and doing better than ever right now. So even from a business perspective it’s the right choice to allow free speech.

-Says he has plans to enhance the tweets for long form content and long videos and audio and a way to monetize that. He says it’s obvious.

-“Vox Populi, Vox Dei”

-Someone said “This is a white pill moment. We’ve been so frustrated with the media for so long. Thanks for fighting this fight.”

-“What’s the meaning of life? We should try to expand the scope of consciousness.”

-Sneak peak of tonight’s drop: “what happened after the laptop, and the election”…”and this may sound bizarre but it seems like Hunter Biden knows how to have a good time”…”George Orwell is turning in his grave, ministry of truth stuff. Orwell was not an instruction manual!”

-Commenter: We are the news now. If people want to know the truth they can come to twitter now.

-How are you going to fix shadow banning and search banning? “I’ve only been on the job a month guys give me some time. It’s on the docket. We’re moving as quickly as possible.”

-Re: WeChat comments “It’s a no brainer that Twitter should have payments and other similar functionality.”

-“Of course we need an edit button. Twitter tech just sucks right now (paraphrase).”

-Commenter: "What do you think about the EUs threats to regulate you?" "Well, a lot of the EU rules call for things I agree with. Transparency. Ability to appeal. It's mostly good. We have to watch the implementation of it and make sure that's on the level but most of what's in there (on paper) I agree with because it aligns with transparency and accountability. At least what I know about it today." "Well we're worried about giving governments the power to decide what's disinformation and not." "No I agree that goes to the heart of the situation, you don't want governments deciding what that is, especially not unelected people within those governments." "Well what about countries that simply don't allow freedom of speech?" "Well...we'll do whatever is possible within the bounds of the law."

-Commenter: "Was there a breaking point that made you decide to want to buy Twitter?" Elon. "Great question." Commenter cuts in "We're hoping you'll say the child exploitation stuff that you've done more in the past month to end it in the past ten years." "Yeah that's it. Kids can't defend themselves so we must defend them. So...yeah." "Well what was the exact breaking point?" "Well, I would have done it sooner but I needed greater liquidity and there needed to be a solid closing price. That wasn't the case until recently. But it had really been building for some time. It wasn't a sudden idea. But the groupthink and toeing the line kept growing and we're just traveling the path more and more of suppression of free speech and it was just getting me concerned so unless something was done to reverse the trend then...yeah. It wasn't any one thing. It was just my biological neural net said it was important to buy Twitter. You can't really explain it you just feel it's important."

-Purpose of Neuralink: "Hopefully right now to just restore sight to the blind and movement to people whose limbs aren't working. It's very doable. You'll see it all coming from a long way off because you need FDA approval and all that. So it will seem slow compared to say...AI development. But I think we should be more careful with AI development specifically because of how fast it can move and what kind of danger it could pose."

"How soon do you think the singularity (AGI) arrives?" "Probably pretty fast." (He seems tepidly concerned about this--like it could be great and it could be terrible)

-Moderator guy says they should have another discussion around AI another time but they should focus on the Twitter files right now. "Are you concerned about what the government might do with section 230 because of what you're doing?" "Well it's probably good if the House is Republican. At least one branch be the opposing party to check the worst excesses of both parties so I think it's good that the House will be Republican. I'm not a Republican. I'm just a moderate and I like balance."

*Edit - Well my phone just died where I was listening to it but that conversation was already significantly longer than it was slated for (Elon said he had 30 minutes, and I think it's been over an hour already) and it was starting to drag a bit. Got some good stuff though.

Some very good theories have been posited here on this topic for the past couple of years. I have to say, I'm very proud of conservatives for refusing to get it despite Donald recommending it. There was always something about the way he did it that felt like he was winking at us not to. I just can't wait to hear the entire story.
