Thank you for sharing this. I'm disabled and have lost most of the strength and agility in both my arms. With a 10 pound max weight limit I can never hold my grandkids (a fact that life has stuffed down my throat for the last 4 years) and this hit my feelers on a very personal level. I love how it ties personal wellness with family moments. I'll be sharing this excellent example of self and family goals.
