Twitter have tried to do this several times but had previously never managed to fully remove their account(somehow they always failed), they did eventually manage to completely nuke their account, but the judges got back within a week( almost like Twitter has no choice and aren't fully in control of their own servers and like the judges have the people that actually control the servers(think India and outsourcing backfiring...) on speed dial.)
If you want to know what is happening before it is happening they are definitively the real deal...
