I don't believe that the House votes per member but per delegation or some such thing. Not even sure what a "delegation" means, but I did hear it isn't one vote per member. I doubt that helps you, but there are too many moving parts for me to follow along, especially since there appears to be many interpretations of how this goes.
Carefully read and consider the 12th Amendment. It will tell you all you need to know. I vote per state. Fact is at this time we have 31 of 50 state control. On the 6th we will have all 50 states because this election flipped every single state in America.
When is the inauguration, which is the ONLY date memorialized within the US Constitution?
Each state has a delegation. At the moment, the Republicans have a substantial majority of those delegations - well over 30 from what I understand. Even some of the blue states have majority Republican reps. To me, this makes the fraud even more glaring. How can there be such a strong Democrat hold in Congress when they actually represent so little of the country when you break it down on a map? Where have the majority of fraud problems occurred? In those Democrat held areas. Without election and voter fraud, the Dems would not have the representation they currently hold.
The problem for us will be how solid those Republicans are in those state Delegations. How many RINOs are there? With the majority of delegations, we could theoretically lose a couple and still pull it out. But, seeing how the Republicans have behaved in some of the state Legislatures, it gives me pause. This will be a nail bitter to the end I am afraid. But, it is necessary to keep things close to the vest until the last minute.
That's where Pence comes in (MAYBE). He can unilaterally reject electors, AS I UNDERSTAND IT. Apparently that power exists from Dec 23rd to Jan 5th from what I've read elsewhere.

Think it’s one vote per state. That tips the scale towards Trump.
Depends on the level of RINOISM I guess.
Would be nice though.
Hopefully it will happen in a way that the bookies needs to pay out for a Trump win after they settled for Biden as winner...

January 20th, every 4 years.
