Those are the people that attempted to kill Seth Rich. He made it to the hospital alive and was expected to recover but DC Mayor Bowser and Donna Brazille were there waiting for him. After they saw him privately he "unfortunately" passed away. This was all published after his "death" but who knows where the info is now. I personally always hoped he was still alive. It is interesting that his name is coming up now that Julian Assange is being released since he put up reward money to find the killers.
