Correct. As far as I know, they can't be arrested if they are in session (need some verification on that).
So, the title "It's about the break" means that it is time to start rounding them up, I guess. I hope Chris Miller's tweet thread was disinfo role playing. Otherwise, it does not look good.
Just checked, they can not be arrested while in session EXCEPT for treason. But what they did was not treason, it was sedition, so they're technically different allegations.
The idea was to prevent the scenario where the King of England tried to arrest members of parliament who didn't vote the way he wanted them to. The constitution says you can do that, but it had better be a big crime. Like, you can't arrest them for jaywalking.
TSA held Rand Paul once. Although I don’t think he was on his way to or from a congressional hearing, I remember reading that if he would have been, TSA would have been in violation.
TSA is a violation of freedom anyway, but obviously none of that matters anymore....

My Peace was kinda breached early early this morning. It was like 3:38am Eastern.
Treason, felony or breach of peace Sedition is a felony.
What kind of fucking law is that. Arrest them whenever we can!
