If you read the tweets you'd realize they're mocking Trump, so no ... it's not "team trump".

That's the @POTUS account, Trump never used it before but it already existed. Trump publicized those tweets after his own account got banned. Is he talking about things that will happen in the next few days or the next four years? I honestly don't know.
