So we cannot use anything anymore. I don't want to use chrome for spying reasons so Ill stick with FF for now...

I use vivaldi. I like it a lot. You can try the Brave browser. it used Chrome without google

I love the reader view option. Sometimes you go to a website and it is just overloaded with ads. click on reader view and all you see is the article. Awesome. Does not work all the time

It's built on Chromium but it is certainly not google free. It's nowhere near as bad as actual Chrome, but Firefox is better from a privacy perspective.
