Ah, right. U R Frosty!
I just think it's so cool to have someone who knows about this stuff posting here.
Anyone can watch on adsexchange. Simple trick to filter non-military aircraft. On the top of the screen is the "U" button. Click it on to only see military.
You will only see the ones that are "squawking" a transponder - meaning they are broadcasting their location.
When you click a plane, an information panel shows up on the left side. I learn about the type of aircraft by selecting the "Type" description and googling it.
I learn about the aircraft's history by typing the callsign into the search bar on FlightAware.
I learned about all this by watching MonkeyWerx.
Plane fags whats a RCH643 used for?
Transport.
Anything with RCH is a transport. Short for Reach.
Heard some talk about a C17 earlier, is this it? Cause those are big birds. 2nd biggest in our fleet behind a C5. they can hold a LOT.
Most of the RCH flights are C17's. The USAF has 223, and a total of 274 exist around the world.
But no, I don't think this is the bird of earlier discussion.
More info.

Air Mobility Command.
Several weeks ago Monkeywerx showed a line of heavy transport planes, I think C120s? moving in a line from the bottom of the "boot" of Italy going north. I wondered then what US military might be transporting out of Italy.
Related to issues today with Vatican in any way?
I believe the military was staging for events at least as early as two months ago.
