It's like people are hazy on what that video actually shows. Those appeared to be fully armed active duty military, with Strykers with mounted weapon systems.
Active duty uses MATV's or MRAPS. 10th Mountain were the first Combat Unit to receive them from Oshkosh. We still have the humvees and Strykers, I just never personally used them in training or overseas.

Definitely Strykers. Possibly guard?
