These guys are from various diverse un its, not just the NG. I have seen dozens of guys wearing patches of US Air Force or regular US Army units..

Blast it all. Just speculation but now I wonder if there is evidence that the blackout will be national & NG will be briefed & sent out to their respective states to clean up the ones that need to be removed.
