Didn't Biden resign on January 15th of 2009? If Kamala Harris hasn't resigned by the 15th of this year something is wrong.....even waiting up until the 19th would be odd.
Kamala's delayed resignation is a poor argument. If impeachment is to go forward, the Dems need every Senator they can get for conviction.
If I were Kamala I'd wait until I was VP before resigning the Senate seat. Then the California Governor can appoint a successor to the Senate.
If Kamala were to resign earlier, it'd take too long to get a successor in place.
Except the Senate is NOT going to resume until the 19th and not enough time to have a impeachment trial... so no impeachment from the Senate.

BUT i think we are in the storm. The abyss, the suffering...this is worse than being in a war with POTUS at the helm. Id rather be in a hot war with China with Potus at the helm than be in this waiting period on whether Biden gets in and we get The Great Reset...no I think this is the storm. Because If you impeach Trump (who did not resign) then Biden cant technically concede. Hence the scrambling to impeach. What youre saying makes sense if they are all on one accord, but i think Trump has been dividing and conquering.
"like a lion playing with his food." I like that! It appears that Trump is not considering martial law, which gives me comfort. Optics of that would not be good. I've seen a few opinions regarding which move Trump will make next. A couple seem possible and even likely, the rest are fantasy. What I do know is that Trump has always been a great strategist. He thinks things through from every different angle. He is very closed mouth about his plans of attack. He is most effective when he blind sides an opponent, and he is very good at that. So, to figure out the next move of a person that is very effective at lulling his opponent into a state of false security will not be easy. You could be right. He may have already made his move. Time will tell.
