People spam no outside comms in places where it doesn't apply. These aren't people claiming to be Q or have communications on behalf of Q, where no outside comms actually applies.
What these people are doing is no different than what is done here, they are just reading the posts, watching what happens, and trying to decode/put the pieces of the puzzle together.
