It's only AF1 if the pres is on board.
It wasn't AF1 when the pres went to Alamo TX though

It's fun to watch planes on adsb. But with the military you just don't know. Sometimes you will see planes take off and just circle an airport nearby. Might be practicing or burning fuel to meet some quota.
Sometimes they'll do circles in the middle of nowhere. Might be waiting in a holding pattern. This is often seen when the President or Vice President fly publicly somewhere like a rally since they travel in pairs.
One thing is certain if you can see them on the adsb tracking sites then they know every one else can see them. It is a piece of equipment that they can turn on and off(and even reprogram!)
Do not post AF1 locations even if public info.
Why not? If they want its location private they can turn off the transponder.

If POTUS was at risk they would turn off AF1's transponder making it so you can not track it. The fact that its transponder is on means that it is not a threat to security that people can thee AF1's location.
I didn't say he was at risk. Why are you justifying increasing his risk?

Same here, that's really strange. I am very familiar with South Jersey and it's all over the place. Guess it's transponder issues, but maybe heading to McGuire AFB? The altitude is extremely low though... the Pineys are getting a hell of a view!

It's a lot better than it used to be. Now you can venture up to three blocks off the boardwalk without getting shot.
It's not AF1 it's one of the planes they use for AF1, I think it fly's to the Atlantic City Aviation Technical Center for routine maintenance from time to time.
