12th Amendment [And if the House of Representatives shall not choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or other constitutional disability of the President.]*
Originally it was march, moved to Jan 20th in 1933 with FDR

12th Amendment.
the original day was March 4...dont know how the wording is but in 1933 FDR changed it for some reason....
That would be 1776-1933
Yes, I checked my source and found that as well, reply was removed. Thanks!
I don't like how we keep seeing the date get pushed back.
Be on a lookout, anyone on social media who is pushing this is basically outing themselves as grifters
The only way this works is if military enacts the plan before inauguration
The Constitution clearly says January 20, at noon. A president's term ends at that moment without anything else need to be done. It is automatic.
March 4 used to the be the date, but that was amended in 1933.
The constitution says March, the 20th Amendment says January 20.
The 20th Amendment is part of the Constitution.
this, if it isn't Jan 20, then the 1st and 2nd amendments don't exist either.
FDR changed it.

It was changed from Constitution Day to January 20th with the 20th Amendment:

Look up NESARA.
Also, Trump's November EO is a good reference for things they want to reinstate: https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/executive-order-establishing-presidents-advisory-1776-commission/
