No, it assumes (actually knows) the justice is corrupt. That's why there is going to be a big military mass arrest and takeover so we can return law and order and put honorable, decent and trustworthy people in place. We have the receipts for the bad actors and they are going to be cleaned out. With that gone and a nation of people who love the USA in place we will be headed for good times after this storm has cleared.
