I hate CNN but this Jade Sacker appears to be an independent contractor, not an employee of CNN. If so, CNN are possibly off the hook. I want the story to be correct, anyone have further for her actually being CNN (I have seen the Gateway Pundit story, but too vague details)?
The fact that she was employed by CNN for this purpose makes CNN liable, independent contractor though she is. They signed the check so they’re on the hook.
But that's my point, if you look her up (she has her own website) she comes up as an independent contractor. She wouldn't be an employee of cnn, she would sell them work. That being the case she was just going "undercover" for herself, I want to be wrong but I don't see the evidence yet to land cnn in it.
