I think that's the greatest thing people don't understand about social media.. like cattle, WE ARE THE PRODUCT. They buy and trade our information that we willingly give them on these sites. It's time to find better ways to keep in touch with your friends, and Grandma, like maybe a phone call or something? Fuck Big Data.
I made a doctors appointment a while back for completely unrelated Covid ailment. They told me if would have to be a remote appointment, and that I had to install WhatsApp on my phone to do it. I read the privacy statement really close, and the app said that my my installed the app, I agree to share all my contacts in my address book with WhatsApp.
When my contacts gave me their number, I do not recall them giving me the right to share their number with anyone else. And it pissed me off that this damn app would presume that I had the right to share something which did not belong to me. I told the Dr's office I would not agree to install this app. They said, then we can't make an appointment.
I have not faith in the medical profession any more. To me it's like a return to the dark ages. I had a far better doctor back in the 60's and 70's, than I've every had since, and got much better medical care.
Yeah, this is a big deal. Plenty of reasons to hate the super woke Apple bs, the Netflix Marxist propaganda, and Amazon destroying small businesses and propping up the Washington Post, but:
Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter are in a different league of insidious poison.
It's the greatest link analysis program in the world. All voluntary... just think what the Chinese could do with that information? If Hillary won??? Dump it
They wanted the virus to spread, and THE PEOPLE to be mitigated.

They love asking for consent of our "never gonna come" enslavement. God Wins, we win. .win
Most general practixioners do not do better than my momma did at diagnosing and treating sickness.
We really didn't go to docs except tonset bones and get stitches.

As Q taught us, Facebook was founded Feb 4th 2004, the day that the Pentagon's LifeLog project was canceled.
LifeLog was run by DARPA and was "an ambitious effort to build a database tracking a person’s entire existence."

Big Data is an amoral tool. Really useful in machine learning right now which could cause radical positive technological breakthroughs.
