This is the most comprehensive post-vaccine protocol I have found. I haven't needed to use it myself, but I hope you find it helpful. Good luck.

If I remember correctly, Q said they were trying to divide us by race.

Do you think race is a good way to judge a person's character?

There's a detox guide here: https://worldcouncilforhealth.org/resources/spike-protein-detox-guide/

I've never had occasion to use it, but I hope the information is useful. Click on the About Us tab for more details about the authors.

Best wishes to you and your family.

Epoch Times was founded by Chinese dissidents who are vehemently against Communism and the CCP. Their free online book "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" is one of the most powerful indictments of communism I've ever read.

In her previous position as the chief of the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, Janet Woodcock was responsible for approving OxyContin triggering the opioid crisis.

Dr. Andrew Kolodny, a senior scientist and medical director of Brandeis' Opioid Policy Research Collaborative: “It’s no exaggeration to say that she presided over the worst medical regulatory failure in U.S. history.”

I used to follow Praying Medic but I lost track of him. What platform does he use these days?

Judging by his twitter feed, the journalist seems to be on our side. He's definitely not a progressive antifa supporter.

I remember reading From the Land of Green Ghosts by Pascal Khoo Thwe. It's an autobiography of a young man from a hill tribe in Burma and the horrendous persecution he and his loved ones suffered from the Burmese military. At many times in his story, he was facing almost certain death. Then through a stroke of luck, an Englishman he had previously met sponsored him to come to England to study at Cambridge University.

Kim Noble whose artwork was exhibited at Comet Ping Pong depicts this in her paintings.

Her paintings only depict stick figures but even so, the horror of what's happening is indelible.

Yes. Now I don't believe the majority of the MSM. I just see it as propaganda. This is also what Q has been telling us.

I tend to follow individual content creators I feel I can trust. I like X22 Report (Bitchute), Crossroads with Joshua Philipp (YouTube), Black Conservative Patriot (YouTube).

Me too. It was also very illuminating to see the coordinated mainstream media "debunking" of pizz4gate which tried to dismiss it as utterly baseless without mentioning any of the evidence that the researchers had uncovered.

And that ridiculous, obviously staged television interview with James Alefantis where he was fed softball questions to allow him to proclaim his innocence.

As Q taught us, Facebook was founded Feb 4th 2004, the day that the Pentagon's LifeLog project was canceled.

LifeLog was run by DARPA and was "an ambitious effort to build a database tracking a person’s entire existence."

Good summary here: https://prepareforchange.net/2018/09/20/qanon-facebook-was-created-by-darpa/

Cut out all sugar, your teeth will thank you for it.
