Yes, I have experimented with no carbs for ketosis, but have not stayed in it for long.
I have always included meat, however (and eggs), because excluding it would seem to get the "calorie" count so low as to be undernourishment ("calories," of course do not really mean anything, since it is a measurement of heat and not really the bio-physiology of the human body, but is a convenient tool to consider).
How do you handle getting enough food to satisfy energy needs?
That just reminded me of something. There was a short clip in a video I saw the other day where a man was showing drawings of triangles/pyramids.
He then took a long-based (short height) triangle and removed the base, leaving the 2 sides. On each end he put "O" and on top "H." He went on to explain that this is the structure of water (H2O). Water is life.
First time I ever saw or heard an explanation like that. Unfortunately, that was about it for the clip. Would be great to see the entire thing.

Reading through that thread, and it is shocking how pathetic most of the responses are. He is right: most of them act like children.

when u say eat 60-120 mls of oil a day, do u drink it by itself? Thank you for posting this btw, it is fascinating to say the least

What do you mean you consume oil? Like as part of your foods or do you drink it or something? I started drinking a few TSP of olive oil every day. ?
