If so the first 5 could be "NG" national guard?
Without knowing where to put the spaces you could come up with multiple things, but I'm not coming up up with anything that makes sense.
Be sure to drink your Ovaltine! ?
Ahahahaha
Holy crap I'm so old I got that.
“A crummy commercial?!“
From a movie , A Christmas Story. Secret code over the radio decoded as such.
yeah if there were spaces, it could be read in less than a minute.
I would say we aren't supposed to be able to decode it. If it's a message it's for the military operatives that are watching his twitter. Likely multiple things you have to do to read it and they would be the only ones who knew it.
There are 5 different symbols in the code. One of them is spaces.
Maybe this will help uncover potential clues? http://udreview.com/confucius-institute-set-to-close-in-early-2020/
Try Morris Code.
There are infinite ways to interpret this. I can make the first many say 'Regain', 'Regrets', 'eTimer', 'EN PAIN', etc.
