Not necessarily.
I broke and sprained my ankle back in 2013 or so. I was not given a cast because the sprain held everything in place and would take longer to heal than the break, as per my doctor at the VA
But are you in your 70's?
Old folks take much, much longer to heal and need more support for a bone injury.
That was my first thought.
I've been privy to the world of peptides and related treatment for a little while now and I cannot wait to see what medical breakthroughs we've been kept from knowing once these monsters aren't holding the reigns (they've already been stripped away IMO, but you know what I mean).
He is also 900 years old lol
Yeah sprains can be terrible. I had a "not so bad" ankle sprain according to my doctor and my foot and ankle were swollen, bruised and in pain for over a month.
At what age, and overall health condition?
Swelling is known to stabilize bones in the feet for long distance runners. Sprains cause swelling.
