He was the spokesman you would see on the news in a beret and glasses, saying "Everything is fine! We are crushing the Americans!" Up until you could see American tanks rolling into Baghdad behind him. It was comical.
No, Bagdad Bob was the Iraq Minister of Defense I think, during the 1st Gulf War. He would stand before the cameras almost everyday and tell the world that there was NO invasion of Iraq. However in the background you could see our military. LOL He basically got on camera every day and lied.
The timing is conspicuous, but not everything is code. Then again, everything can be a psy-op. I'm putting this in the smells good but I'm not sure if I want to take a bite out of it yet category.
