Yea it's noteworthy that she was arrested, but I wouldn't apply it to the "first arrest" statement by Q, because her arrest is totally and completely related to Epstein but was later than his arrest, making it the second arrest at least, and she is a less significant figure, both in popularity and scheme hierarchy, than Epstein. "First" is a very important qualifier, in my opinion, which makes me think that it refers to Epstein and no other later arrest that we may be hoping for. I think justice is going to happen in a way we don't expect.
