I assume he is on Trumps side since he didn't enact the 25th amendment like Pelosi wanted him to.I assume this is part of a plan but we will see soon enough.

We have to assume he is. If the "plan" happens by inauguration, then we have to assume that Pence's role in certifying the electors was necessary for the plan.

But if nothing happens, we'll know that Pence betrayed Trump and cost him his last shot at justice.

But at this point, there's no reason to doubt that the plan is still going forward. So we will see!
