Good question. I noticed the PBS coverage of the inauguration is scheduled for 8AM on Wednesday...probably just pre-coverage, but who knows?
According to Charlie Ward (Go to 9:34.), at least some of the MSM have been asked to keep three days clear from 8am on Wednesday morning.
Everyone would have to be in on it. I believe all congressmen and women has to be present. I could be wrong about that though.
