I wish him well. Hopefully he can pay his dues and get his life back on track. Give him my best. I know very well how easily people can get off track in life. Stay by him.

No, full lockdown is basically no movement, no yard time, no day room, just sitting in the cell.
Prisons also go on lockdown when they are about to have an influx of fresh meat. Hmmm
