During the speech, he said the following:
I also want to take a moment to thank a truly exceptional group of people: the United States Secret Service. My family and I will forever be in your debt.
It seemed to me that the USS did something big for him and his family, like saving their lives from danger. What do you guys think? I haven't heard about any attempts against the safety of the president and his family.
Omg -- where have you been ?? There were so many attempts on his life !! The Secret Service and Military thwarted every single one !!!
Do you know if there’s any where to look these up? I’m not doubting, just interested in hearing what happened as I don’t know any details about them.

He's had numerous attempts against his life, and supposedly one known against Melania, as well. My guess is that there are many more than we know, but I've seen numbers around thirty reported. IIRC, one concerned the missile out of Alaska when AF1 was rerouted, and another was at a golf course in Scotland.
yeah, they protected him from being killed pretty much any time he was out in public. Especially at the rallies.
My favorite part is how he said we all have a voice. Who is he kidding he doesn't even have a voice!
