In 2009 Obama was sworn in right at 12 noon or a minute after.

The inauguration was NOT at 12:00 p.m. He was sworn in earlier about 10 minutes. Does that make it invalid? Maybe that is what the clock time means.

Check out the lamp and Trump is winking in the portrait. What’s with the dogs? One has his hand on Biden’s shoulder, and the lapdogs...and some are looking at the viewer while others are observing the table... very interesting. Don’t have very good resolution for much more detail. Can’t tell what the other portrait is about.
