I have some bad news on this prediction. Q has said, on more than one occasion 'The only way is the military.'
The courts had their chance after the election and up to the certification. It is over for the judicial system as well.
The most important words ever said by GEOTUS - "Our movement is about REPLACING a failed and corrupt political establishment with one run by you, the American People."
Replacing means the whole rotten system needs to be destroyed and replaced.
I guess they could always have a counter plan. They could make up some fake news about a huge security risk... I don't know, maybe that there are insiders in the National Guard that want to kill Biden. They could then call for an emergency swearing in of Biden at some other location with only those who need to be there, such as the Chief Justice. I don't think this would affect the outcome too much, although it would screw with my prediction. I still think arrests will be made, but it will be a lot messier. Biden won't be sworn in either way. Now that I think of it, this might be my new prediction :)
Once POTUS leaves DC, later this morning, the illegal CORPORATION OF THE US will be declared a foreign enemy inside the reclaimed sovereign land of the LEGAL United States per our original Constitution that was illegally amended in 1871.
The fence is our new border. The troops will be acting as border control to contain the swamp creatures until tribunals can commence. There have been and will likely continue to be additional arrests of state officials and other bad actors outside of DC, but the head rats will walk right into the trap on their own.
The trap can only spring shut AFTER all the swamp creatures are inside...gathered together for an inauguration that will never happen.
After all the tribunals, we will hold new elections to replace almost the entire govt. We will revert back to our original Constitution prior to the Act if 1871 and all illegal amendments will be nullified. (Including the one that created the IRS. Buh bye income taxes!)
POTUS will be declared rightful victor and inaugurated on March 4 as the 19th president of the LEGITIMATE union of the United States.
Doing it at the inauguration doesn’t make sense. Better to round up people where they are..and before inauguration..unless its optics and he wants payback to the nth degree.
I think Biden gets inaugurated, Trump goes to Mar a Lago and damning information comes out very soon causing a reset.
How can Trump legally resume the office of the president? It needs to be done by the law. You could be right, either way Trump will be president at some point in the near future. But I don't see how we can get around Pompeo being acting president.
Order of succession. It would generally be Nancy Pelosi as Speaker. Then I believe it would be Chuck Grassley as President Pro Tempore of the Senate. But I think they will be among those arrested. So next in line is Mike Pompeo. Better start congratulating President Pompeo.
If Grassley is a white hat, he may willingly pass the torch to Pompey. He is pretty old. If he is a black hat, he will be taking a ride with Pelosi anyway

But Pompeo is no longer Secretary of State at noon.
I could be wrong here, but I thought Pompeo remains until replaced by the incoming POTUS. Could very well be incorrect in that thinking.
Biden, Harris, Piglosi and Grassley would all need to be arrested or otherwise made ineligible to serve.
