The black outline of the patch is missing and he is also missing the "mountain" tab above the patch that 10th mountain is famous for. They are the only unit to don the "mountain" tab. This is not 10th mntn patch.
The 10th mountain patch has a blck border. This guys does not. Also, if these guys are 10th mountain no way are they still wearing the old ACU army pattern body armor like the 2nd guy in line. National guard is always last in line for new gear, which explains why the guy behind him is wearing ACU body armor and not coyote tan or multi cam. Thats my observation least.
Edit: source, was active duty army for 8 years and national guard for 3.
Look at the linked image, it's very close but it's not 10th mountain patch. It has some weird symbol above the X and the X looks to be lines instead of swords.
Now I see it. Correct arm, wrong patch.
You sure?
Well then I clicked. Damn my eyes.
And now you edited the top comment so every else will be confused, lol. Should have at least left the initial comment and added an addendum.

negative ... it is there, its' just bent up where you can barely see it. It's 10th Mountain for sure. Where did you get the black outline thing?
