The black outline of the patch is missing and he is also missing the "mountain" tab above the patch that 10th mountain is famous for. They are the only unit to don the "mountain" tab. This is not 10th mntn patch.
The 10th mountain patch has a blck border. This guys does not. Also, if these guys are 10th mountain no way are they still wearing the old ACU army pattern body armor like the 2nd guy in line. National guard is always last in line for new gear, which explains why the guy behind him is wearing ACU body armor and not coyote tan or multi cam. Thats my observation least.
