If he’s illegitimate then any executive order he writes is null and void.
The president has federal law enforcement under his purview though. Civilian organizations, not military. Are they aware of the plan too? Cause if not they're gonna start enforcing these "null and void" actions

Funny you ask this. I was thinking the same thing. Maybe they have to let them do as much damage as possible.
