What are you talking about? His whole body glitches out and the background loses polygons. Kind of when you're playing a game and the textures don't load in yet. Look at the beam to the left of him.
I looked in slow motion. it looks like all the pixels just drag straight down and match whatever was at the cutoff point at the top. Hence why the columns still look like columns.

Did anyone catch the big US flag on the ground beyond the Capitol at the inauguration? At first I thought it was just upside down, but then I realized that no, it was lying ON ITS' FACE. Both upside down and face to the ground, like a flag expressing distress. And interesting - I have not been able to find a picture of it online today. Did anyone else notice it? Or have a picture of it?

That is interesting. When he glitched out, I paused it and I could see the whole door behind him. Timestamp 1:17:47. its a quick 1 or 2 seconds
