With the Politican that is removed from Office, they should be forced to pay a hefty fine, and be barred from holding any Office in the US Government, whether it be Local or National.

As one who lives in AZ and had to put up with "why don't you recall McNoname" for years, there is only one official way in the Constitution to get rid of a Senator, and that is that 2/3 of the Senate votes to expel him/her. Ain't gonna happen, and if there are state laws allowing it, a Senator would surely argue that it goes against the Constitution.
