If I slept on marble for a week and outside on concrete last night, I would find a room and sleep for 12-14 hours. So, NG is sleeping and prob has been the minute they got a bed. I think also it shows much respect for the dc police and sheriffs as the mayor, their boss, is clearly not a Trump supporter.
