As far as I understand, this is not allowed in the US. All land sales are public, they must be registered, notarized and entered into the public land record. Even if it was a private sale it would have to follow the same procedure. They also have to publicly announce the property was transferred, typically using the newspaper.

They aren't in the bloodlines of the Witten House on wikipedia and I only find conspiracy sites discussing the Belenoff chick. I can't confirm or deny her existence, but I can pretty much say this site is fake purely based on the fact it's a garbage wordpress site and everything I researched so far came up illegitimate.
Back in 2019 I went through the same process. I tried to reverse image the pictures etc... looked at all the available pages that existed. There's no proof one way or the other.
(Wikipedia is controlled oppo so I don't trust that as a source.)
